Update

There are two ways to keep TheBooking up to date.

1. Automatic Update Notification 🚀​

To configure automatic updates, follow these steps:

  1. Install the Envato Market plugin, if you haven't already. This plugin handles all updates for any themes or plugins you have purchased from Envato.

  2. Once the Envato Market plugin is installed and activated, you'll see a new dashboard item with a leaf logo. Click on it and go to the Settings tab. Envato Market plugin

  3. Choose the Single Use OAuth Personal Token option if you purchased TheBooking on behalf of a client. Otherwise, you can use the Global OAuth Personal Token option.

  4. Follow the instructions to create a personal token, then save the changes.

  5. You'll now receive notifications through the Envato Market plugin when there's an update available for TheBooking. You can update the plugin with just one click.

Note

It's always a good idea to back up your website before performing updates, just in case something goes wrong during the update process.

2. Manual FTP update​

Assuming you have just downloaded the latest plugin version from Envato, then follow those steps:

  • deactivate the plugin
  • replace via FTP the team-booking plugin folder with the content of team-booking.zip file
  • activate the plugin
