Legacy installations before 3.0

Automatic migration from versions older than 3.0 is not supported.

TheBooking 4 does not import or rewrite legacy data automatically. Install it with a clean configuration or contact TheBooking support for an assisted migration assessment.

Do not follow old migration procedures against a production database. Legacy installations can contain retired service models, widget configurations, provider overrides, and reservations that need case-by-case review.

Before contacting support, prepare:

• the installed plugin version;
• WordPress and PHP versions;
• a database backup;
• approximate service and reservation counts;
• a list of active integrations and payment gateways;
• confirmation that a staging copy is available.
