Roles
Settings > Core > Roles decides which WordPress users can be providers, and which ones can manage TheBooking. Administrators are always allowed to do both.
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| WP Roles allowed to be Service Providers | The roles whose users can be providers. The list of providers shows the users of these roles. | None: only administrators |
| WP Roles allowed to manage the plugin | The roles whose users manage TheBooking as administrators do: all services, reservations, customers, and settings, including the license. | None: only administrators |
Roles with the WordPress manage_options capability, such as Administrator, are not in the lists.
Give WP Roles allowed to manage the plugin only to people you trust with every reservation and every customer's personal data.
