Business Model
Settings > Business Model sets how the business works: who the customers are, which languages they use, and whether appointments are assigned to providers.
General
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Phone field mode | International customers: phone fields with a country selector and international prefixes. Mostly local customers: a simple text field for digits and prefix symbols. It applies to the booking widget, the WordPress admin, and the customer list. See Booking form. | International customers |
| Enable translations | Turns on the translation editor for service names, booking-form fields, and customer emails. When off, customers receive every text in the language it was written in. See Internal translations. | Off |
Service Providers
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Use Service Providers | Assigns appointments to providers, WordPress users who deliver the services. It adds the Providers menu, provider choice in the widget, and provider emails. See Providers. | Off |
| Enable Service Providers to manage their own availability | Lets each provider create and manage availability plans for their own services. Administrators can still see and change those plans. | Off |
Turning on Use Service Providers is only the first step: also choose the roles that can be providers under Roles. See Add service providers.
