Block availability during busy times
Busy events from calendars assigned as Personal can remove otherwise valid slots from an availability plan.
- Open Availability > Google Accounts.
- Expand the connected account and calendar.
- Enable the Personal role for the required availability plan.
- Enable Block availability if it overlaps personal events in the relevant service settings.
Events marked free do not block slots. All-day, recurring, and cross-timezone events should be tested from the booking widget after configuration.
