Google Meet

Google Meet links are created through the destination Google Calendar event.

1. Connect a Google Account and assign a destination calendar.
2. Enable Add reservation in Google Calendar for the service.
3. Enable Create a Google Meet link.

After booking, the conference link is stored with the reservation and appears in the destination event. Add the Google Meet placeholder to saved notification templates that should send the link to customers or providers.

Rescheduling updates the associated calendar event. A provider reassignment may recreate the event and conference link under the new provider's Google account, so use current reservation placeholders rather than copying a link into static template text.
