Approval

Enable approval when a new reservation should remain pending until an authorized operator accepts it.

Pending reservations occupy availability according to the normal reservation rules. Approval changes the status to confirmed; denial follows the cancellation path.

Configure customer and provider approval/denial notifications in the service notification section.

When immediate online payment is also required, test the complete order of payment and approval actions on staging before enabling the service in production.
