Cancellation
Configure whether customers can cancel and how close to the appointment the action remains available.
Customers manage a reservation from the reservation status page or the logged-in reservations widget. Configure the status page under Settings > Core > Redirects and ensure that page contains a TheBooking widget.
Cancellation changes the reservation status, releases occupied availability, runs cancellation notifications, updates integrations, and emits the corresponding webhook.
Hard deletion is a separate administrative action and removes reservation-scoped history.
