Google integration
This section appears when Google Calendar is enabled under Settings > Integrations.
Reservation events
Enable destination event creation for the service. The availability plan must reference a destination calendar applicable to the reservation provider.
Configure event title, description, color, reminders, and whether the customer is invited as a guest.
Google Meet
Enable Google Meet creation when the destination calendar should create a conference link. The link is stored with the reservation and can be inserted into customer notifications.
Rescheduling
Date changes update the destination event. If the provider changes to another Google account, TheBooking removes the old event and creates a new event in the applicable destination calendar.
